Terms of Sale & Safety Notice

1. Seller and acceptance

The seller of your order and warrantor is Seven Clans Construction, an Oklahoma business operating the Sidekick Table brand. For purchase, return and warranty service, email office@tcdigitalstudio.com or call 918-777-3514. There is no seller fee for requesting warranty information. The business number is not represented as toll-free; telephone carrier charges may apply. Contact us for the appropriate return/service shipping instructions before sending a product.

These terms apply when you are presented with this version and affirmatively agree before payment using the required, initially unchecked checkbox in the payment checkout. Merely visiting the website does not constitute acceptance. Keep a copy of the version presented with your order. These terms do not retroactively govern orders for which this version was not presented and accepted.

2. Product, fit and installation

Your order is for the material configuration identified at checkout. Bare Aluminum includes an aluminum tabletop and aluminum telescoping support leg. Bare 304 Stainless includes a 304 stainless steel tabletop and stainless telescoping support leg. Both have a bare metal finish. The pictured vehicle, cargo box and other gear are not included.

Fit depends on the cargo box, carrier, mounting hardware, mounting side and actual clearances. The product is not represented as universally compatible. Confirm your setup before ordering. Before shipment, the seller must supply product-specific installation and safe-use instructions with validated operating limits for the complete assembly. Instructions must address the single telescoping ground-support leg, its actual securing mechanism, stable ground support, approved mounting arrangements, load placement and secure stowing. If instructions or validated limits are missing or unclear, do not install or use the table until the seller provides them. Seek a qualified installer where you cannot safely evaluate or complete the installation.

Do not infer permission to alter structural parts or disregard installation instructions. Third-party installation or parts do not automatically void statutory or warranty rights; exclusions below concern damage actually caused by improper work or incompatible parts.

3. Safety and user responsibilities

DO NOT SIT, STAND, CLIMB OR SUPPORT BODY WEIGHT ON THE TABLE. It is not a seat, step, ladder, platform, lifting device or fall-protection equipment. Do not allow a child or another person to use it that way.

• Deploy only with the vehicle stationary and secured against movement. Stow and secure the table and support components as instructed before any vehicle movement.
• Use only after mounting hardware, joints and support components have been inspected, installed correctly and secured as instructed. Ensure stable ground support. Stop using the table if it shifts, becomes unstable, bends, cracks, loosens or otherwise appears damaged.
• Verify clearances on your actual setup. The statement that the table can deploy with the rear and sliding side doors already open is not a guarantee that doors can swing through every position with the table deployed.
• Keep fingers and other body parts away from hinges, folding joints and pinch points. Inspect metal edges and take appropriate care when handling them. Metal surfaces can become hot; avoid burn hazards.
• Use only within the written instructions and validated operating limits supplied for your particular product and complete installation. If those limits have not been supplied, do not use the table. Do not determine a safe load by testing with a person. No numerical load rating is established by these terms or by a marketing photograph.
• Keep other users informed of these warnings and supervise children around the product. Stop use and notify support if an unsafe condition, near miss or injury occurs.

You acknowledge foreseeable risks associated with incorrect installation, unstable support, moving vehicles, pinch points, sharp or hot surfaces, misuse and exceeding validated limits. You are responsible for your own use and installation choices to the extent provided by applicable law. This acknowledgment does not excuse defective design or manufacture, inadequate instructions or warnings, seller misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Price, payment, shipping and cancellations

Current one-time product prices are $499 USD for Bare Aluminum and $599 USD for Bare 304 Stainless. Shipping is $59 per table to the contiguous United States; applicable tax is additional and calculated at checkout. The actual order and checkout display control the selected configuration and amounts.

Shipping addresses are reviewed before fulfillment. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other unsupported addresses are canceled and refunded. The checkout's United States country selection does not technically block all unsupported addresses.

Cancellation policy: You may cancel an unshipped standard order by contacting support. The full amount paid for that unshipped order, including shipping and associated tax, will be refunded to the original payment method. No cancellation fee applies.

Shipping statements must be supported by actual production and fulfillment capacity. If shipment cannot occur within the represented period, or the applicable legal period where no period was stated, the seller will give the required delay notice and cancellation/refund option. No buyer is deemed to approve every future delay merely by accepting these terms. These terms do not create a guaranteed delivery date.

5. Returns and refund policy

For a standard table, request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return the table within 14 calendar days after receiving the return instructions. It must be unused, uninstalled, complete and in resale condition, with suitable protective packaging. No restocking fee applies.

For a voluntary return that is not due to a defect, shipping damage, seller error or a legal entitlement, the buyer pays the return shipping. The refund includes the returned product price and its associated tax; the original $59 delivery charge is not refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If the product is defective, damaged in shipment or not what was ordered, contact support promptly with the order details and available photographs, stop unsafe use, and retain packaging where practical. The seller will provide an appropriate remedy and pay reasonable necessary shipping for a confirmed covered claim. Failure to photograph damage on delivery or missing packaging alone does not extinguish mandatory rights.

The seller will acknowledge a return or claim request with specific next steps within 3 business days. For an eligible return, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method no later than 7 business days after receipt of the returned product, or sooner where law requires. Assessment does not restart or extend that deadline. If a voluntary return is denied or reduced because its stated conditions were not met, the seller must give specific written reasons by the same 7-business-day deadline; mandatory rights and available dispute remedies remain unaffected. Payment-provider posting time can vary. Statutory cancellation, defect, misdescription and refund rights remain unaffected by voluntary return conditions.

6. 12-month limited warranty

Contact us for return shipping instructions before sending a product. For 12 months from delivery to the original purchaser, the seller warrants the supplied table and all seller-supplied table components against defects in materials and workmanship during ordinary intended use consistent with the product instructions. This includes the tabletop and support leg and any hinges, brackets, locks or fasteners actually supplied by the seller as part of the ordered table. Your order/component list identifies what is included; naming types of components here does not promise that any particular mounting part is included. The buyer's vehicle, cargo box, carrier and components supplied by others are not warranted by the seller under this written warranty. Keep purchase evidence; no separate registration is required.

The seller will acknowledge a warranty request with specific next steps within 3 business days. Coverage decisions and any denial must include specific written reasons and be provided within 7 business days after receipt of the product or the reasonably necessary requested evidence where a physical return is not needed. No unsafe demonstration can be required as evidence. These deadlines do not shorten a customer's lawful claim period.

For a covered defect, the seller will repair or replace the affected product or component without charge and pay reasonable necessary shipping. The outer remedy deadline is 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned product, or receipt of the reasonably necessary requested evidence where a return is not needed. If an effective remedy is not completed by that deadline, the customer may choose a refund rather than a further delay. This does not replace a faster remedy required by law.

If a covered defect prevents safe intended use of a complete table and an effective remedy is unavailable, the refund includes the complete table price, associated tax and its original delivery charge; the seller also pays reasonable necessary return shipping. If a separately priced component was purchased on its own, its covered failed-remedy refund includes that component's price, associated tax, original delivery charge and necessary return shipping. A component bundled into a table is not assigned an invented separate price to reduce a refund for an unusable complete table. An eligible failed-remedy refund will be initiated within 7 business days after the customer's refund election and any reasonably necessary return receipt, whichever is later, or sooner where law requires. Statutory remedies are not reduced by this warranty.

Coverage does not extend to ordinary cosmetic wear or to damage actually caused by accidents, body-weight use, overloading, unsafe support, improper installation, incompatible components, modifications or failure to follow instructions. Exclusions must be tied to the actual cause of the damage; use of third-party parts, service or installation alone does not void all coverage. A manufacturing defect is not transformed into excluded misuse simply because a customer installed the product.

To request service, contact office@tcdigitalstudio.com with order information, the issue and available supporting photographs. Do not continue using an unsafe product. The seller will provide service and return instructions; support cannot require an unsafe demonstration to prove a claim.

This warranty does not disclaim implied warranties or shorten their duration. You may have rights under applicable law that continue beyond this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

7. Limited economic-claim provision

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY. To the extent enforceable under applicable law, for ordinary contractual claims seeking only economic loss, the seller's aggregate liability for the affected order is limited to the total amount paid for that order, including its shipping and tax. To that same limited extent, speculative lost profits, lost business and purely indirect economic losses are excluded.

This cap and exclusion do not apply to bodily injury, death, physical property damage, product-liability claims, fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, mandatory consumer rights or remedies, or the promised warranty remedies. They do not apply where prohibited, unconscionable or ineffective under applicable law, including where a limited remedy fails its essential purpose. Nothing purports to waive rights of children, bystanders, other nonparties or regulators.

Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

These terms do not require you to indemnify the seller for its own misconduct, agree to mandatory arbitration, waive class actions or promise not to sue.

8. Records, changes and applicable law

The version presented and accepted for an order governs that order; later website changes are not retroactive. The seller will retain the terms version and available payment-system acceptance record associated with each order, subject to applicable privacy and retention obligations.

Oklahoma law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available to you. No exclusive court venue is required by these terms. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. If an enforceable provision is found invalid, other provisions may remain effective to the extent the law permits; severability does not make an unlawful exclusion lawful.
